Mindful Storytelling

The Stoneybatter Festival is back this year and I'm proud to be part of it again with an event created especially for the younger crowds.

In Ireland there is a long tradition of storytelling since the celtic times!

Kids will learn some of the Irish myths from Cessair to Brigid the goddess, from Dagda to Saint Patrick.

We'll talk about trees and the reason why they hold a special place in Irish mythology.

There will be also some time to practice some mindful breathing with the trees.
