“You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”
We have a tendency to live our life on autopilot, always rushing around, completely absorbed by the busyness of this existence.
Mindfulness is the practice that simply allows us to come back to the present moment and reminds us that our sense of peace is always available to us.
If you are new to Mindfulness and wish to learn more about this practice and its numerous benefits, than this workshop is for you.
What you will learn during the day:
-What is mindfulness and what is not -The benefits of practicing mindfulness -Understanding how the mind works -The automatic pilot -The importance of intention and attention -How to settle the mind
Please bring your own mat and journal.
There will be some space for self reflection and group sharing, however sharing is completely optional.
On the day we'll be practicing some gentle momevent so make sure to dress comfortably.
