This is an opportunity for you to step away from the autopilot mode and just being in the present moment. 

With the support of Nature, we can recharge our mind and body and restore our soul, just accept the invitation and allow Mother Nature doing the rest.

Join me for the day and learn about the benefits of this wonderful practice.

At the end of the day, we gather for a tea ceremony and a dedication.

Please dress comfortably for the weather and bring along some water, a pen and a journal.
