About the event
This practice, known as Forest Bathing or Forest therapy, allows you to open the door of your senses and engage with the healing powers of Nature. During our walk, I'll offer you a number of 'invitations' which will help you to deeply connect with nature. All invitations are meant to bring you to a place of peace, stillness and connection. The benefits of this practice are endless and I will share with you some of them. We'll end our walk with a lovely tea ceremony. Make sure to dress comfortably for the weather and wear suitable shoes (also wear layers as it gets cold in the forest).
Bring along a yoga mat, journal, pen and some water.
