About Me
My name is Aurora, and I’m originally from Italy. I’ve been living in Ireland since 2008, where I’ve found a deep sense of belonging and purpose through the practices of mindfulness and yoga.
I am a mindfulness meditation teacher and facilitator of Yin Yoga, a slow, meditative style of yoga that encourages self-awareness, stillness, and deeper connection to the body and mind. You can learn more about this beautiful and grounding practice here.
I currently lead a variety of workshops and both online and onsite mindfulness sessions at The Sanctuary in Dublin 7, open to the general public. I also facilitate sessions for service users within St Patrick’s Mental Health Services, offering mindfulness as a supportive tool for mental and emotional well-being.
In addition to group offerings, I provide one-to-one sessions for those who prefer a more private setting or who may find it difficult to commit to regular group schedules.
I’m currently completing my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, continuing to deepen my understanding of the body-mind connection.
My Mission
My mission is to empower individuals from all walks of life to live healthier, more balanced, and joyful lives, supported by the practices of mindfulness, somatic movement, and connection to nature. I believe in creating inclusive, compassionate spaces where each person feels seen, supported, and encouraged on their journey of self-discovery.
I look forward to walking this path with you.
A special thanks goes to:
Totally Dublin & Dublin Live for featuring my Forest Bathing walks in their magazines and Visit Dublin to have included my Street Art Tour and Forest Bathing experience in their website.

Had a fantastic few hours in Phoenix park. Great bunch of people. Aurora brought us into a lovely space, helped us calm our minds, slow down and led us into four of five techiques to help.us connect with the nature and most importantly ourselves.

I have attended Forest Bathing with Aurora and each time I did it lifted my spirits and gave me a deeper knowledge and appreciation of my surroundings. I treated friends (instead of buying a birthday present) and they really enjoyed it. It was so special. I recommend it as a solo outing or with friends
