This is one of my favourite seasons, filled with the beautiful colours of the fall. As the wheel turns, change is all around us. You can feel it in the air, the shifting temperatures, and the forest floor. Soon the trees will begin to show us how to let go.
Nature is preparing for winter, and so are we.
This gathering is an opportunity for us to take inventory of what we want to release as we transition into the quieter season. Supported by the elements of Nature, we’ll begin our journey inward, taking time to breathe, reflect, and let go.
