I warmly invite you to join me at our Breathwork Circle this month.

This is a space to come together, breathe, and slow things down.

If your mind has been racing lately, if you’ve been feeling unsettled, or like you’re carrying the weight of the world, this might be just what you need. The intention of this circle is to help you return to a more regulated state. Our nervous system can move very quick into fight, flight, or freeze without us even noticing, and over time we can find ourselves feeling constantly anxious, irritated, low, or numb.

This guided session is designed to help you release built-up stress and create more space in the body.

You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to feel and let go.

What you need to bring along:

-A yoga mat

-A blanket

-Water

-Eye mask

-Your breath

Please wear layers and comfortable clothes so you can stay warm and relaxed throughout the session
