Forest Bathing: introducing the Hazel and Ash trees

€28.00

As part of our Forest Bathing Meet-Ups, the “Every Tree Tells a Story” series continues!

This month, we introduce the Hazel and Ash trees.

The Hazel tree was considered sacred to poets and storytellers, a symbol of wisdom, inspiration, and intuition. In Celtic lore, hazel nuts were said to hold hidden knowledge, and those who ate them were granted poetic insight.

The Ash tree was revered as a powerful connector, linking earth and sky, the physical and the spiritual. Often seen as a bridge between masculine and feminine energies, Ash represents balance, growth, and deep-rooted strength.

Join me this month for a special forest bathing experience.

Through mindful walking, stillness, and open-hearted observation, we’ll reconnect with the natural world and remember what our ancestors always knew: trees are more than just part of the forest—they are storytellers, teachers, and guides.

I look forward to walking with you in the forest.

Meeting point: Park Lane Deli in the lovely area of Chapelizod just beside Phoenix Park.

Meeting time: 10.45am

Bus number 26 from city centre

If you drive please consider parking your car in the UPPER GLEN ROAD CAR PARK.
