Transformational Breathwork

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting my very first group breathwork session at St Andrew’s community centre in Dublin 8 on the 27th of February from 6.30 to 8pm.

Through my own journey with breathwork, I’ve learned that the breath is not only a reflection of our nervous system, but also a powerful tool to regulate it. By working consciously with the breath, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting the body’s natural rest-and-digest response.

Beyond regulation, breathwork can also help release unprocessed and suppressed emotions stored in the body. Transformational Breathwork is a healing modality that supports completing these emotional cycles by gently bypassing the thinking mind and allowing the body to lead the process.

So I invite you to join me for a transformative experience, a space where we come together not only for release, but for deeply reconnecting with ourselves and others.

What you need to bring along:

-A yoga mat

-A blanket

-Water

-Eye mask

-Your breath

Please wear layers and comfortable clothes so you can stay warm and relaxed throughout the session
